Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Caleb Meyer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. If the item shows signs of wear you will not be eligible for a full refund. After 10 days store credit is applied for returns.  All sales are final after 30 days.

Resetting of Diamonds

With more than twenty years of gem-buying experience and a Graduate Gemologist on staff, Caleb Meyer Studio aims to provide value to customers through investing significant time and resources to source the best and most beautifully cut diamonds from a number of reputable sellers. These stones are offered in the shop at competitive prices consistent with their quality. Because of this we do not work with customer-supplied diamonds.

Resetting of Colored Stones
Due to the inherent fragility and uncertain valuation of customer-supplied colored gemstones, we regret that we are unable to incorporate them into our settings.

Appraisals 
Our company Graduate Gemologist Stephanie Richards can evaluate your jewelry collection and provide appraisal services. Evaluation is done without charge, while appraisals are billed on a time basis.  Once your jewelry has been appraised, we are able to update the appraisals at your (or your insurer’s) request without additional charge.  This courtesy can be a necessary and valuable service given the inevitable fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone prices.

Diamond/Gem Certification
Customers possessing diamonds or gemstones of significant value may wish to have their stone(s) evaluated by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to have a grading report/certification issued.  Such reports can be useful tools in determining value in the appraisal process or for estate purposes.   Caleb Meyer Studio is happy to educate customers about whether such evaluations are warranted in their particular case and facilitate the process if desired.

Repairs
The jewelry produced at Caleb Meyer Studio is of the highest quality and is built to be durable. If pieces that you have purchased from us are in need of repair, we will perform repairs as promptly and reasonably as possible. While not able to perform repairs on jewelry that we did not produce or sell, we will evaluate your repair needs as a courtesy and attempt to make a referral to a capable repair person.

Custom Orders:
Caleb Meyer Studio welcomes the opportunity to work collaboratively with customers desiring a special, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry within the Caleb Meyer aesthetic.  Custom pieces are returnable for store credit only.
